Sixty-five member East Texas hunting club located in
Liberty County is looking for a couple of new
members to fill openings on a large game managed
lease who can follow a set of rules. Lease is year
round with a lot of hogs and small game. Deer
program is now in Level III MLDP. We have a very
strict harvest plan and if you are looking for a
lease that is serious about cultivating quality
animals and enjoy a great bunch of hunters who are
quick to lend a hand, give us a call. All of our
folks have been interviewed prior to coming on board
and understand what we are trying to accomplish and
have agreed to abide by our Lease Rules and Harvest
Plan. Mandatory workdays in Spring and Fall. We have
a central camp with electricity available, no water.
First time members have a one time camp ground
improvement fee of $100 that helps maintain and
improve the facilities. We have a long term contract
on this property and have worked hard to maintain a
quality relationship with the proper
ty owners. Lease dues this upcoming season are $1425
and include all of the immediate family that are all
living at home (husband, wife, kids). Guest are
welcome (4 guest tags) but limited to hogs and does.
There is a limit of ONE MATURE buck (as defined in
the Harvest Plan) per membership. For families there
is a total limit of 5 deer for the membership.

We have had this lease for about 4years and have
taking some nice deer off these lease. It has it all
from swamp low land to highline and pipeline and
pine tickets with lots of fire lanes cut in it. It
was cut last year so they should be done for a few
years and that made a lot of shooting lanes all over
the lease. We are going to the 13in rules so you can
kill 1 buck six or better with 13 in or wider and
1cull and 2does. Shouldn't have any problem killing
does there everywhere.
