15 miles north of Sierra Blanca in Hudspeth
county, roughly a section of remote land
with 10K semi-public land that you will have
access to but I doubt you will need it. I
want a group of respectable hunters for long
term will book individual hunters who are
manage oriented and want to develop long
lasting friendships. First year of operation
and this land had not been hunted in a very
long time. Good bucks have been seen here.
We will have the only water hole for miles
dug out in a month or two which is a
wildlife magnet in these parts!!! Good dove
and quail population with occasional aoudad.
Also plenty of predator including bobcat and
mountain lion which all may be hunted as
well. Guests are more than welcome as well
as family but they may not hunt. Mature
bucks only. We are working on getting a
trailer out here for deer season also for
shelter but as of now no amenities it will
be a true roughing it experience. Plenty of
year round hunting opportunities to keep
everyone busy. Payment is due in full ASAP
and you may start hunting once I meet with
you to show you the lay of the land and
boundaries. This is a rare opportunity as
there are few mule deer leases in these
parts and everyone charges an arm and a leg
to shoot a deer! Terrain is rolling with
large mountains in sight and miles of
prairie land surrounding ranch. Plenty of
cover and small washes for bowhunters and
plenty of opportunities for long shot rifle
hunters. Blinds and 2 feeders will be on the
